Free Nights in Merida Compliments of Yucatan Homes and Lots
Yucatan Homes and Lots will pay for your stay in Merida Centro when you purchase through us and stay at the colonial rental property below. Whether you are interested in purchasing a Centro property or a beach property, if you purchase through Yucatan Homes and Lots on this trip, then the accommodations are on us.
Normally, this home would rent for $176 USD per night. But, the owner is offering us a special rate to our clients of $100 USD per night if you are viewing properties with us. Should you purchase through us on this trip, we will reimburse your rental costs up to a 7 nights stay ($700 USD) at the time of closing. Should you not purchase through us, well then, you had a well-deserved vacation in a beautiful colonial home in Merida Centro and at a very good price!
The home is a beautiful colonial vacation rental located in the popular Santiago area of Merida Centro. It has tall ceilings, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a parking garage, a pool, a lush garden and a covered terrace area. It comes fully equipped and it includes Cable TV and Wi-Fi. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests, and the rental must be for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
