On the ground floor of the main house, there is parking for up to six cars. The second floor houses the kitchen, living and dining areas, a bathroom, 2 terraces and a storage room (a bodega). On the third floor there is a large master suite with a ceiling fan and air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and a palapa-covered balcony facing the beach. This house is designed for that wonderful indoor-outdoor living that is possible only in the tropics. And everywhere, there is space and hooks to set up hammocks, a tropical sleeping and siesta treat. There is also a separate storage room for the washing machine.

Outdoors, there is a natural garden with lots of mature palm trees, and an outdoor beach palapa for resting, eating or entertaining in the shade. There is also a handy beachside shower for rinsing off before going back to the house.

At the entrance of the lot is a separate storage building that houses an emergency power generator. All three floors in the main house are wired for Sky TV as well as phone and internet. There are beautiful tiled floors throughout the main building as well.
